I would ask if my celebrant uses a professional PA system, can play the entry music, and has a signing table and chairs...I DO NOT make you fill in your own NOIM and have you run around town to find a suitable witness (some of whom would charge for that service)...I enjoy and specialise in the Family Wedding at a small venue, local park or at home...We are hoping for my fiancee to be here in approximately 12 months bit...
