      That is not an easy answer, but for couples to be confident in their selection, they should try to see if the celebrant relates to them, The celebrant is normally the cheapest part of the ceremony, but can make their day special and happy, or a failure...I new a few people who were already celebrant, and was involved in public speaking, and organisation, being a City Councillor, Lecturer in TAFE and a Soccer referee...This depends on where the ceremony is...
