I am also a Justice of the Peace (Qual) in Queensland...I require a non-refundable booking fee on my acceptance of the Notice of Intended Marriage (this is what will give you a confirmed booking), with the balance paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date...If ceremony is on one of our lovely islands, there is also the ferry ticket over to be included...Hi there we don't live in cairns but have lived there a few years...
