      Not unless it is a current rule due to increased case numbers...I am a fully insured business, with 20 million dollars worth of cover...I was married just as the Marriage Celebrant program was starting...Also, it will be convenient if you can arrange witnesses for us...It is not a legal requirement for a celebrant to be insured in Australia so please always ask to see a current insurance certificate...Once the booking is confirmed I require a non-refundable booking fee or $200.00...
