All inclusive packages. At MSM we specalise in ‘all inclusive’ packages. One quoted price covers the complete show regardless of duration. Music packages. Our ‘All inclusive Wedding music’ package means we start background music as the guests arrive and conclude when the Bride and Groom leave. For other functions such as birthday parties, the start and finish times will be determined prior to the function. Our extensive music library covers main stream music from the 50s to the 00s. Requests are taken from the audience during the evening, but the music is tailored to suit the function. The Bride and Groom can select their choice of music for their entry, cutting the cake, bridal waltz, goodbye archway or circle and their exit. MC package. Our ‘All inclusive MC Wedding’ package includes sample formats and music lists. We supply a blank run sheet to be filled in with all the details. The role of M.C. is very important in that he is the main person who is responsible for the smooth running of the function. The M.C. does not normally make speeches or propose toasts. He does, however, call a person up when it is their turn to make their speech. He also announces the stages of the function and ensures that things like the videographer is ready and the Champagne is served and anything else that ensures the Reception goes without a hitch. The M.C. has to liase very closely with the management of the venue. The MC or Compere at a birthday party or other similar function does not require the same organisation as a wedding and as such we do not charge extra for this type of show. The DJ will make any required announcements at such a function. Staff allocation. I do all the MC work for the company and attend to these bookings personally. One of our experienced function DJs will be allocated to 'DJ only' bookings and Clients will liase directly with the assigned DJ. Combined packages. If you wish to book us to provide both music and MC we offer a discount on both packages. The MC will also be the DJ.
