Our philosophy is simple. Natural and seasonal cooking from start to finish. We chop our wood from fallen branches, source seasonal produce from local growers & cook using flame and smoke Influenced by the South American Asado and Southern BBQ, we believe a meal is a ceremonial event. The smells and visuals of fire cooking allows our diners to experience a primal and deeper connection to the food.
