He has worked in many establishments around the world including London’s exclusive The Ritz Hotel, Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island in the Caribbean and his own restaurant and café in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Jane, owner, cook and in charge of marketing of Poppet’s Pantry is a Western Australian local and has spent 12 years in the high end international luxury yachting industry as a yacht purser and also managed a five star private island in the Caribbean, where she also cooked for the guests on island. Now based in North Fremantle since 2012, the Poppet's Pantry team can take care of all of your event catering needs.
