My husband and I used Lavender Blue Ceremonies in January. What made our experience different was that we were both living in Perth during the planning phase of the wedding. My husband never met Melanie until the day of our wedding. Our wedding was kept a secret from our family as we didn’t want them to make a fuss. 20 of our family members were heading out on a 14 night cruise, so what better way to get everyone together just before we board the ship and catch them off guard. Melanie suggested that she would set up on the observation deck of the International passenger terminal in Circular Quay and we would take the family up there to get some great photos of the family in front of the ship. Melanie was there waiting and after letting the family take their photos she got everyone’s attention by announcing that today was going to be a very special day. She made our wedding day very memorable for sure

My experience with Melanie was fantastic, she was so warm and lovely, but so professional at the same time, and answered all of the questions I had. She also helped me after the wedding when the BDM messed up with the certificate, and it was a wonderful Christmas present to receive my marriage certificate. Thank you Melanie!
