I picked up my first camera when I was 12, and I was always the holiday photographer for my family. When I was of the age of 14, I founded my photography business, JP Photography, through advertising my services on Gumtree; where I photographed a my first wedding on the Gold Coast. Whist I was at school, I spent my years topping film and new media, music and cinematography subjects - while shooting weddings, parties and events on the weekend until I graduated. Throughout my teenage years I honed my skills to manage my young business through researching and studying the most successful people in the world – which lead to my belief that success is not the key to happiness, but happiness is the key to success. Since school, I've specialised in Commercial Photography and Videography - creating content for Real Estate all the way to advertising material for large corporations. I have brought storytelling heavily into my art – which became the basis of my craft… Because I believe that there is no better way to share an image, a video or a brand then sharing it through story.
