Ginger was established in 2007 with a passion to serve the original Indian flavours. We strictly follow Mughlai cuisine in the real authentic form and give people the feel of Mughal-Era (Mughal was an Indian imperial power that ruled large portion of Indian subcontinent from 1526 AD until the Britishers came in). The taste of Mughlai cuisine vary from extremely mild to hot & spicy levels and is often associated with a distinctive aroma and flavour of ground and whole spices. We offer quiet atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and fantastic service. We can accommodate up to 100 guests inside the restaurant. We also arrange inhouse private parties, corporate events, outside caterings of upto 300 people and stand out amongst all Indian restaurants in Sydney.
