Eat the Thing is a Brisbane local food truck started by two young hospitality experts. Sam (former head chef of a Delicious top 100 restaurant) and Alex (former 2IC of the same restaurant) wanted a chance to express themselves creatively so they started Eat the Thing! We're able to cater for any style of event be that a food drop off or a full 3 course dinner. There's no style of food or event that we cant cater for!
