Weddings $355 Baby Naming $245 Renewal of Vows $245 Commitment Ceremony $245 I will perform your ceremony on the NSW Central Coast $355, Newcastle $375 or The Hunter Valley $395 My fee includes meetings, ceremony, pa system, table and chair for signing, a booklet of your ceremony and all paper work except the certificate from Birth Death and Marriages (The Certificate from Birth, Death and Marriages is for your Actual Marriage Certificate that you can apply for after you are married or you can give it to me to process when I put your paper work through but they charge $51 at this time but that price may change at any time) I will work with you to create a ceremony that will touch your heart and will be a treasured memory that will be remembered by all. Together, we can create a unique ceremony that will reflect your personal values and beliefs, your love and commitment to each other. It will be a marriage ceremony that will remain in your heart from that day forward. Your Vows This is your opportunity to express the feelings and the commitment that you have for one another, to pledge your love and devotion to each other. Your vows are an expression of your desire to share your lives together You may choose from a selection of vows, or you can write your own You can include special readings in your ceremony. Special readings may be read by yourselves or by a member of the family, friends or myself Venues For Your Ceremony For your wedding ceremony, you may choose any location you desire: Home, Garden, Beach, Riverside, etc. If your first choice is an outside location, then you need to have an alternate venue in mind in case the weather is inclement on that day It is wise to keep in mind the environmental conditions, especially the position of the sun or shade, at the time that you wish to get married Music For Your Ceremony You may wish to appoint someone to be responsible for the coordination of the music to ensure that everything runs according to plan. Alternatively, you may wish to discuss other music options with me Notice Of Intended Marriage Form The Federal Government of Australia requires that you complete and lodge with your marriage celebrant a Notice of Intended Marriage form This form must be lodged with your celebrant no less than one month and no more than 18 months before your ceremony. If you were born in Australia you will need to provide your Birth Certificate/Extract If you have been married before you will also need to provide either the Certificate of Death of your former spouse or if you have been divorced you will need to provide your Certificate of Divorce Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form Born Outside Australia If you were born outside Australia you will also need to provide your Birth Certificate/Extract from your country of origin. If you were born outside Australia and you ‘legitimately’ cannot obtain your Birth Certificate, you can provide your passport. Regardless of what overseas country you are coming from, if it is your desire to be married in Australia, I can help you with every detail that is required. Renewal of Vows There are a variety of reasons couples choose to renew their wedding vows in a unique and personal ceremony. The ceremony can be created around your individual views and experiences together, which will make it yours exclusively. There are no boundaries with couples ages or the years of marriage. Your ceremony can be structured to be traditional and formal or more relaxed and informal, as you wish. You can include special elements, favourite songs and poetry of your choice A Renewal of Vows ceremony will give you an excellent opportunity to involve your children, even grandchildren, of any age whether it be by way of lighting of candles, standing as "witnesses", even serving as readers.
