My wife only spoke a few words of English and had been obsessing over her vows. Russell put her at ease with his charm and kind nature, and walked her gently through each step along the way. He was professional, well presented, a great communicator not only with me but my family and didn't even flinch on the wedding day when he was informed early in the morning that I had, that very night, come down with COVID.
